KOTA KINABALU: Former deputy home minister Datuk Azis Jamman (pic) is urging federal authorities to get the Philippines government to issue passports to existing IMM13 holders (Filipino refugees who came to Sabah in the 60s), before deciding to consolidate all other inland foreigner documents.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin had, prior to this, said they were looking at the issuance of IMM13 documents to solve Sabah’s long-standing illegal immigrant woes.
