IPOH: There has been some confusion among eatery operators over the standard operating procedure (SOP) in allowing children and senior folk to dine in during the recovery movement control order (MCO) currently in force.

Perak Coffeeshop Association chairman Ooi Beng Yeaw (pic) said its members were baffled because there were no clear and firm guidelines.
