KEPALA BATAS: A 27-year-old woman was cheated of almost RM20,000 in a Macau scam.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the victim received a phone call from a man who claimed to be from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and told the victim that her “company” had outstanding taxes to the Inland Revenue Board.
