KOTA KINABALU: Sabah’s five-decade-old migrant problem is getting a fresh approach by standardising documents held by some 136,055 stateless people, says Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin.
Only IMM13 document issued by the Immigration Department to Filipino refugees who fled to Sabah during the civil war in southern Philippines in the 1970s would be recognised, he said.
