Pending appeal, Ku Nan graft trial postponed


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has postponed the graft trial of Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (pic) pending the outcome of an appeal at the Federal Court against the recusal of the High Court judge who initially presided over the case.

The former Federal Territories minister is accused of accepting RM1mil in bribes and the current presiding judge Justice Muhammad Jamil Hussin has fixed July 24 for case management.
