KLANG: Thirty-nine mosques in Selangor, that were allowed to have Friday and congregational prayers with a maximum of 12 attendees during the conditional movement control order (MCO), can now open their doors to more people.
Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah’s private secretary Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani said in a statement on Thursday (June 11), that a congregation of 40 people, in addition to mosque officials and committee members, can now attend Friday and congregational prayers in selected mosques.
