Tawau man slapped with RM3,000 fine for drink driving offence

KOTA KINABALU: A businessman was fined RM3,000 or 10 weeks jail by the Tawau Magistrate's Court for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Fong Chee Hing, 55, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Dzul Elmy Yunus to committing an offence under Section 45A(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
