KOTA KINABALU: Barter trade between Sabah, the Philippines and Indonesia will not be allowed during the recovery movement control order (MCO), says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic).
He added that Sabahans planning to go overseas for holidays will not be allowed to do so for now, in efforts to continue to control the possible spread of Covid-19 in the state, saying that the country's borders are still closed.
