PUTRAJAYA: The decision to allow Malaysians returning from abroad to be quarantined at home was made following the low rate of Covid-19 infection detected among them, says Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said out of the 51,347 returnees, the overall positive cases for Covid-19 was at 1%, with 554 cases.
