As many as 205,972 applications by SPM school leavers to pursue higher education at public institutions were received, said the Ministry in a statement on Saturday (May 30).

"Offer letters will be issued by the respective institutions and successful candidates are urged to accept the offer within the stipulated period.

"Offers are final and any applications for changes are not allowed," said the Ministry.

The registration date of new students for the 17 public universities, IPGs, matriculation colleges, polytechnics, community colleges and ILKA has also been published on the Ministry's official Facebook page.
