BUTTERWORTH: A total of 27 individuals were slapped with a RM1,000 compound each after they were caught attempting to cross the border without permission.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said 23 men and four women were caught in various places including the Butterworth KTM train station and at roadblocks on Monday (May 25).
