KUALA LUMPUR: A scuffle involving at least 30 people broke out at a flat along Jalan Ipoh here after a group of strangers interfered in a family dispute.
City police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim said the incident occurred at around 10.50pm on Friday (May 22).
