KUALA LUMPUR: Throngs of people headed to the city Road Transport Department (JPJ) headquarters as it fully opened its counters for the first time on Monday (May 18) since the movement control order (MCO) began.
A check by The Star showed that all customers are required to follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) during the conditional MCO, including wearing face masks and practising social distancing.
