SHAH ALAM: The police arrested three men and a foreign woman who were seen acting suspiciously at a parking lot in Padang Jawa here.
Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Baharudin Mat Taib said the group was believed to be part of Geng Dedek and were found with tools typically used to break into premises on May 13 at around 4pm.
