PETALING JAYA: Crime can still take place during the movement control order (MCO), so the public should be more vigilant, says Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
Criminals would always be taking advantage of people’s carelessness, he said, adding that being vigilant at all times would keep people safe.
