KOTA KINABALU: Sabah will implement the conditional movement control order (CMCO), said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal. The CMCO would be carried out in stages and according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the Health Ministry, he said.
The sectors that can fully operate are agriculture and food, factories and manufacturing, as well as logistics on land, jetties and ports.
