KEPALA BATAS: A Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) enforcement officer was killed when he collided with another motorcyclist at Jalan Pongsu Seribu on Monday (May 4) night.
Seberang Prai Utara OCPD Asst. Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said 32-year-old MBSP enforcement personnel Al Zahari Ahmad and self-employed 50-year-old Azizi Affendy Mohammad Idris were both pronounced dead at the scene in the 11.45pm incident.
