KUALA LUMPUR: All roadblocks in the city have been withdrawn, except those near enhanced movement control order (MCO) areas, says Comm Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim.
The Kuala Lumpur police chief said the decision to remove these roadblocks took effect yesterday, the first day of the conditional MCO.
