Zahid’s daughter to be charged with defying MCO


KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General’s Chambers has directed the police to charge the daughter of Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and her husband for flouting the movement control order (MCO).

Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the police received the directive to charge Datuk Nurul Hidayah Ahmad Zahid and her husband Datuk Saiful Nizam Mohd Yusoff for violating the MCO without permission under Rule 3 (1) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Disease Regulations (No3) 2020.
