JOHOR BARU: Landlords should think long term by giving some rental reductions to their tenants as many businesses have been badly affected by the movement control order (MCO).
Johor MCA government coordinating affairs chairman Michael Tay said there were many cases of landlords insisting on full rental payments for March, April and May, without offering any discounts or waivers.
