KEPALA BATAS: A labourer was arrested for allegedly possessing 80 packets of ketum juice at a house in Jalan Permatang Pak Maras in Penaga here.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the suspect was arrested on Monday (April 27) at around 9.30pm by the narcotics investigation team during the ongoing Ops Covid.
