GEORGE TOWN: MCA vice-president Datuk Tan Teik Cheng (pic) has been tipped to be the new Penang Port Commission (PPC) chairman.
Sources said Tan, who is also the Penang MCA chairman, was expected to be given a two-year contract, with the letter of appointment to be given out soon.
