KOTA KINABALU: Padiberas Nasional Bhd (Bernas) has to control the distribution of supply to retailers to avoid stock hoarding and the sale of rice to neighbouring countries, says the company.
Bernas said it was its responsibility to ensure sufficient supply throughout the movement control order (MCO).
