SIBU: It should have been once bitten, twice shy, but not for 11 people in Sarawak. They were actually caught violating the movement control order (MCO) twice.
Sarawak Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Dev Kumar said a 17-year-old girl, who was first caught on April 4, had pleaded guilty at a Magistrate’s Court two days later and was released on a RM500 bail in one surety.
