KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has postponed the hearing of a review application filed by police commando Azilah Hadri, who is seeking to set aside his death sentence for the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar said that the matter was vacated due to the extension of the movement control order (MCO).
