Three caught playing golf during MCO get a ticking off

BATU GAJAH: A golf club manager and his two friends who were caught playing golf during the movement control order (MCO) were given a ticking off by Batu Gajah Magistrate Nazratul Natrah Mohd Yusuf.Nazratul Natrah chided Low Teck San, 68, Tan Chee Kean, 59, who is unemployed, and Eugene Wong Yat Hoe, 37, a teacher, as being disrespectful towards the frontliners who were fighting against Covid-19 by defying the MCO.

“It seems the three of you are taking the law lightly. All three of you are well-educated and should understand the law better than those in rural areas.
