KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur Ramadan bazaar traders who have already registered with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) can either carry forward the operating permit to next year or seek a refund following the cancellation of Ramadan bazaars nationwide this year.
DBKL issued a statement that traders would have to choose one of the two options by April 30 via its website elesen.dbkl.gov.my/ebazar
