IPOH: The government needs to come up with a standard operating procedure (SOP) on how to deal with natural disasters amid the movement control order (MCO), says Pasir Pinji assemblyman Howard Lee.
Speaking to reporters after visiting several victims whose homes were damaged during Thursday (April 16)'s thunderstorm, he said there should be guidelines for authorities and the people to follow so they would know what to do.
