Maintain a healthy diet and don’t neglect exercise


KOTA KINABALU: A balanced diet and some exercise is important to prevent illness and in staying healthy during the enhanced movement control order (MCO) period, says a nutritionist from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Dr Yasmin Ooi, a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, advised the public to consume a balanced meal that has a variety of all food groups in moderate amounts.
