SIBU: The Advocates Association of Sarawak (AAS) is urging the judiciary to look into the particular circumstances of people charged with violating the movement control order (MCO) before sentencing.
Its president Ranbir Singh Sangha said on Sunday (April 5) that sentences should be meted out according to the particular circumstances of each case instead of blanket sentences for all MCO-related cases.
