KOTA KINABALU: A senior medical expert has suggested that those who tested negative for Covid-19 upon returning from abroad be allowed to self-isolate at home instead of being sent to designated quarantine centres.
The suggestion came from Chong En Leong, a surgeon who sent a legal notice to the Health Ministry several days ago about the poor conditions at the Sepanggar quarantine station.
