JOHOR BARU: An attempt by a local man to smuggle in some 72 cans of pork products from Singapore was foiled by the authorities at Bangunan Sultan Iskandar's Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex here.
Johor Department of Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (Maqis) director Nur Afifah A. Rahman said the incident took place at the cargo entrance at about 8.30pm on Wednesday (April 1).
