Getting in touch with TM during MCO


KUALA LUMPUR: Staying connected is understandably a priority for consumers during the extended movement control order (MCO) period. With Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) being Malaysia’s leading integrated telco, here are some frequently asked questions on the different touchpoints you can reach out to, in order to access customer service to #stayconnected while you #sTayhoMe.

How are TM's customer service operations running during the MCO period?

All TMpoint outlets are closed. Only selected TM Payment Kiosks will remain open effective April 1. Visit unifi.com.my or tm.com.my for a list of selected TM Payment Kiosk that are open.

All installation, network and service restoration activities at customer premises are postponed and will resume after the MCO ends. TM will continue to perform said activities outside of customers’ premises and at hospitals, clinics and other critical agencies.

What are the operation hours for TM's customer service operations?

All TM Contact Centres nationwide will operate from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm. This includes the TM Contact Centre at 100, Live Chat, social media and e-mail channels.

How can we get in touch with TM?

You can contact TM through various touchpoints, including calling the TM Contact Centre 100, starting a Live Chat at bit.ly/unifilivechat, emailing help@tm.com.my, tweeting TM at @helpmeunifi and connecting with TM's facebook @weareunifi.

However, for business customers, operation is 24/7 via TM ONE Service Desk, so just call 1 800 88 1060 or email 1060@tm.com.my.

What channels are available for me to access TM-related services, including obtaining information or settling my bills?

TM has various self-service channels such as the myunifi mobile app, websites such as the unifi self-care portal at unifi.com.my and community.unifi.com.my, where you can find out more.

In terms of payment channels, you can pay your bills with cash at 7-eleven, MyNews, Speedmart 99, KK Mart and Petronas outlets nationwide.

Other payment channels include autopay and unifi.com.my, mobile apps including myunifi and Boost, Touch n Go, as well as online payment channels from any of your preferred banks via JomPay with the following TM biller codes: 8888 for unifi Home, 3608 for unifi Mobile and 2345 for Streamyx and voice.
