KOTA KINABALU: Efforts are being made for virtual hearings to be implemented in Sabah courts during the movement control order (MCO).
Sabah Law Society (SLS) president Roger Chin said they were making arrangements with the Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak (CJSS) and other court officers for the issuance of a Practice Direction for conducting virtual and video-conferencing hearings.
