PETALING JAYA: Datuk Dr Mazlan Yusoff has been appointed the Higher Education Ministry secretary-general effective Monday (March 23).

This comes after the establishment of the Higher Education Ministry under Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s administration.
