KOTA KINABALU: Efforts are being made for virtual hearings to be implemented in Sabah courts during the movement control order (MCO) to curb Covid-19.
Sabah Law Society (SLS) president Roger Chin said they are making arrangements with the Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak (CJSS) and other court officers for the issuance of a Practice Direction for the conduct of virtual and video-conferencing hearings.
