KUALA LUMPUR: A massage parlour caretaker was charged at a magistrate’s court here with cheating a Chinese national tourist in connection with the purchase of face masks, involving losses of RM20,000.
Chong Chan Wai, 33, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read to him before magistrate Tawfiq Affandy Chin.
