GEORGE TOWN: It’s business as usual at Penang coffeeshops and hawker centres, but food and drinks are only available for takeaway.The decision is in line with the government’s declaration of the movement control order that takes effect from today.

Koay teow soup seller Tan Kok Kee, 83, said customers need not fret about not being able to buy food from their favourite eateries.
