SEVENTY-ONE inmates at Tapah prison in Perak recently graduated with certificates in sales after completing a three-month course, reported Malaysia Nanban.
The programme, which was specially conducted for Indian prisoners with the cooperation of Putra Intelek International College, was the first of its kind.
