SIBU: A 26-year-old man could face the mandatory death sentence after he was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of dangerous drugs.
Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Stanley Jonathan Ringgit said the suspect was detained for investigation under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and Section 39A of the same Act.
