KOTA KINABALU: The rising cases of infant mortality in the country could possibly be resolved if Sabah’s longstanding illegal migrant population issues are dealt with, say social workers.
They said the migrant community usually avoid seeking early medical help, and going to hospital only when the mother or infant develops serious complications.
