PETALING JAYA: The Labour Law Reform Coalition is urging the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) to support the ratification of a convention to end violence and harassment in the workplace.
N. Gopal Kishnam, co-chairperson of the coalition of 58 trade unions and non-governmental organisations, said they were puzzled when the MEF voted against the adoption of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Convention 190 on Violence and Harassment in the World of Work.
