IPOH: A decision will be made by the High Court here on March 31 on whether to allow an application by Datuk Seri S. Vell Paari for a stay of proceedings involving an interim order for maintenance filed by a woman claiming to be his father Tun S. Samy Vellu’s second wife.
Justice Hashim Hamzah fixed the date after listening to submissions from both sides in chambers yesterday.
