Court to hear LHDN’s application against Najib


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed April 17 for hearing on the Inland Revenue Board’s (LHDN) application to obtain a summary judgment in its suit against former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in its bid to recover RM1.69bil in unpaid income tax.

Lawyer Muhammad Farhan Muhammad Shafee, who represented the Pekan MP, said Justice Ahmad Bache set the date during case management.
