LOCAL competitive eater Tng Mei Fong, aka Rainbow Kumi, will be taking on the challenge of polishing off 6kg of cheesy freshwater prawn bihun.
According to Nanyang Siang Pau, the event was scheduled to be held at Melaka’s Lucky Palace Restaurant at 7.30pm yesterday.
