IPOH: A High Court here will decide on March 31 whether to allow the application by Datuk Seri S. Vell Paari for a stay of proceedings in the case of a woman claiming to be the customary wife of his father, Tun S. Samy Vellu.
Justice Datuk Hashim Hamzah fixed the date after listening to submissions from both sides in chambers.
