IPOH: The Sessions Court here will decide on March 19 whether to allow the application by Perak exco member Paul Yong Choo Kiong for a stay of proceedings on his rape trial for an appeal to be first heard at the Federal Court.
Sessions Court judge Norashima Khalid set the date after hearing submissions from Yong’s lawyer, Farhan Sapian, yesterday.
