Abim: King should prevent formation of ‘backdoor govt’

PETALING JAYA: It is better if the Yang di-Pertuan Agong uses his discretion to prevent any “backdoor government” effort from happening until the next Parliament meeting which begins on March 9, says the Muslim Youth Movement Malaysia (Abim).

In calling for the King’s intervention, Abim president Muhammad Faisal Abdul Aziz said the body was also of the view that the King should allow Parliament to decide should there be any changes to the national leadership.
