PETALING JAYA: The Umno supreme council has given mandate to party president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to make any decision in the interest of the country following speculation of a possible political realignment.
Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa (pic) confirmed that the party president was heading to Istana Negara.
