KOTA KINABALU: A mother and her two children perished in a fire which destroyed 20 homes at a Sandakan squatter area.
According to villagers, the fire started somewhere near the house, and quickly trapped Afikah Sulaiman, 20, and her children, Nurul Katrishah Aiman, three, and Mohd Sharil Aiman, one.
